Shipping

Standard Shipping Fees

Australia

$25 on all orders

Order before 3pm AEST Monday – Friday and your order will be sent same day.
*Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be dispatched next business day.

  • You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is packed in our warehouse. Please allow 12 - 24 hours for the tracking number to activate after it's first scanned by Australia Post.
  • Most parcels will arrive within 1 - 2 business days. Regional areas may take 3 - 4 business days.
  • The Australia Post Network guarantees next day delivery to selected post codes. View postcodes in the next day network here.

Once a parcel leaves our warehouse, we are no longer liable for that parcel being lost or damaged in transit. Suggested shipping times act only as a guide and can vary depending on locations and circumstances.

Where is my order?

Our goal at Akoya Clothing is to ship all orders within 24 hours of your purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).

In fact, if you place your order before 3pm AEST from Monday to Friday, your order will leave our warehouse that day. 

Once your parcel has been collected by Australia Post, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number. 

Placing an order

I put the wrong information at checkout, what do I do? 

Quick, give our Customer Care team a call on 1300 376 399 and we can try and change your details before it is dispatched. If your order has already left our warehouse, and you have supplied the wrong address, we will need to wait for the parcel to be returned to us before we can re-ship it to the correct address.

Can I order sets as separates?

We do not offer separates at this point in time.

Returns

My order has arrived, but it doesn’t fit. How do I return my items? Can I get a refund?

We understand that sometimes, things are just not quite right. Our returns process is very quick and easy. Simply search 'returns' using the search bar to start the returns process.

You can choose between a refund, an instant refund through Refundid, an online credit or an exchange.

You will be issued a returns label to send the parcel back. The label is FREE if you choose exchange or online credit. If you opt for a refund, a flat rate of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund total to cover the cost of the return shipping label.

I received a faulty/incorrect item what do I do?

Please contact our Customer Care team as soon as you receive your order via hello@akoyaclothing.co

Please include your order number, and any photos and relevant information regarding the issue so that we can fix this asap.

I have sent a return back, have you received it? 

You will be able to track your return with the Australia Post tracking number and will be sent an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

You will, however, be issued your refund or store credit as soon as your item is scanned as "in transit", provided that you used the return shipping label that we provide.

If you used your own shipping label, please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process a return once it is received by our warehouse.
